GiveNow will remit your income based on the total memberships confirmed for the calendar month to your nominated organisation bank account within 5 business days of the end of every month.
The total amount will be net of the platform and merchant transaction fees.
For example, all credit card membership payments received in January will be remitted to your nominated bank account as one net payment within the first week of February. You will receive a remittance by payment type of credit card or direct debit.
On the day of the remittance, an email will be sent to all OrgHQ users with the summary and detailed remittance report of the individual memberships by payment type for the month.
This remittance report will also be able to be viewed in your OrgHQ portal.
The funds will usually appear in your organisation's bank account on the same day, but may take up to 3 business days.
