Can an organisation administrator stop/cancel a donor's regular donation?

OrgHQ Administrators with Basic or Pro plans can stop regular donations at the request of the donor.  Only donors can edit the amount or frequency of their regular donations.

Stop a donor's regular donation

1. Log in to OrgHQ
2. Go to View Donations, under Causes & Donations.
3. Find the donor using their first or last name, and select View.
   
4. In the donation screen, find Regular Donation and select Stop Regular Donation.
   
5. In the pop-up screen, select Stop Donation to confirm your action.
