Download QR codes for causes and CrowdRaisers (December 20, 2021)
You can now download a QR code from OrgHQ to allow donors to direct donors to your cause or CrowdRaiser page so they can donate directly.

Google Analytics integration (November 22, 2021)
The integration (available to organisations on the Pro plan) adds web traffic data from your GiveNow cause pages, CrowdRaiser pages and embed forms to your Google Analytics account. This will enable you to see the number of visitors on your pages, where they are coming from, which device they are using and much more. This data can then be used to help improve your donation conversions.
It's easier for donors to donate from MyGiving (November 22, 2021)
We've provided links for donors to donate directly from their MyGiving account.
Customisable embed forms (November 4, 2021)
You can now select the colours and fonts of the embed form to better suit your website.
A clearer view of which donors have donated on behalf of a business (July 22, 2021)
Daily donation summary reports now clearly display if a donation was made on behalf of a business.
Ability to display PO Box as organisation address (July 22, 2021)
When setting up your organisation or editing your address, you can now opt to add a PO Box to be displayed publicly on your cause page and receipts instead of your organisation's address.
EOFY summary updates (June 9, 2021)
On EOFY summary receipts, donors get a breakdown of the donations they have made personally and on behalf of a business.

New card templates (February 16, 2021)
We've added plenty of new card templates, so donors can select a card to send with their donation for a range of occasions like a birthday, Mother's Day or just to say 'Thank you'.

Ability to download cards after they have been sent (December 23, 2020)
After a card has been sent, the card can be downloaded directly by your organisation through OrgHQ, or by the donor through MyGiving.
Donors can send cards to multiple email addresses (December 23, 2020)
When sending a card by email, donors can now enter multiple email addresses to be recipients of the card.
Donors can send cards when making a donation (December 10, 2020)
Donors can now choose to send a card (for a birthday, Christmas, in memory of someone etc.) when they make a donation to your organisation. Donors can use one of our custom templates or add their own image, as well as their own message and we will automatically send the donor a PDF card to print and give to the recipient, or we can email the PDF card directly to the recipient on a specified date.
Option to approve new CrowdRaisers through OrgHQ (November 25, 2020)
You can now choose to manually approve CrowdRaisers before they go live rather than having them automatically be approved. This is a new setting you can select when editing/creating a cause. Once activated, all new CrowdRaisers for your cause will first have to be approved by your organisation.
Reminder notification before a cause closes (November 25, 2020)
We will send all users with access to your OrgHQ account a reminder one week before your cause is scheduled to close.
Ability to print the OrgHQ dashboard (October 28, 2020)
You can now easily print the dashboard from OrgHQ, including crucial high-level information as well as meaningful data visualisations to help your organisation become more data-driven when fundraising.

We've added two new bar charts to the OrgHQ dashboard, so you can see when people are donating to your organisation. This can help inform your communications strategy with donors.

Filter the download donation report by amounts and frequency (May 20, 2020)
You can customise the donation report to be filtered by donations within certain amounts and/or by donation frequency.
Bulk Import CrowdRaisers (March 3, 2020)
We now have the ability to bulk import CrowdRaisers, saving you time from submitting the form many times to set up new CrowdRaisers. To use this feature, reach out to our support team at service@givenow.com.au.
You can now close and hide your causes through OrgHQ (February 18, 2020)
You can close or hide a cause through OrgHQ as an administrator. Closing a cause will stop any donations from being processed. Hiding a cause will prevent any new donations from being processed, but allows existing ones to continue.
Regular donations can now be managed through OrgHQ (February 18, 2020)
You can now view more information about regular donors, including when donations began, when they are scheduled to end and if any payments were unsuccessful. Through OrgHQ, regular donations can now also be stopped.

The daily summary emails sent to OrgHQ users will now display any new regular donors.
Ability to display the amount raised on cause page without a target (January 21, 2020)
Organisations can now display the amount they have raised through GiveNow on their cause page without displaying a target amount progress bar.
Plan Implementations (October 31, 2019)
Organisations on GiveNow can select from three plan tiers. The Starter plan is a simple offering for organisations just starting out. The Basic offering is great for organisations looking for better information about their donors. The Pro plan is great for organisations requiring multiple users and wanting to embed the donation forms on their own websites.
Salesforce Integration (February 19, 2019)
A Salesforce integration was developed, enabling organisations to have their donation data posted, in real-time, to their Salesforce instance.

OrgHQ users can see a timeline of both the value of donations as well as the number of donations they have received through GiveNow over time.

GiveNow 3.4.0 (June 27, 2018)
This release delivered a feature that organisations have always been asking for. GiveNow Embed was launched, enabling organisations to embed the GiveNow donation form within their own website using a snippet of code.
Organisations can generate their own Embed code for each cause
OrgHQ users can generate a snippet of code to add to their website so donors can donate right within their own website.
Improved payment form
The payment form on GiveNow has been given an updated look, making it even easier for donors to give.

The title field is now optional for donors when making a donation.
GiveNow 3.3.0 (May 22, 2018)
This release relaunched a much-loved feature of GiveNow. We know many organisations need donations of goods as well as money. Other Ways to Give enables organisations to connect with members of the public looking to donate things other than money.

OrgHQ administrators can now add new Other Ways to Give listings.
People can search and organisations to donate items to
Anyone can come to GiveNow to search our interactive map and list to find an organisation in their area looking to receive donations of a particular item and get in touch with them directly.
GiveNow 3.2.0 (March 5, 2018)
This was a big release for GiveNow. After numerous requests to build a peer-to-peer fundraising platform, CrowdRaiser™ was released, enabling members of the public to create their own page to support their favourite causes.

You can now receive a daily report of all donations received through your cause for that day.

We updated how the search results appear, so it is easier for donors to find the cause they are looking for.
User dropdown improvements
We've updated the user dropdown so you can easily access your OrgHQ account just by clicking on your name. You can also manage other details relating to your account through this dropdown.
CrowdRaiser launch
Individuals can now create their own page for your causes as an individual or team. They can manage and track all of their donations through their MyGiving account. You can manage everything through OrgHQ.
GiveNow 3.1.0 (November 16, 2017)
This release improved the search function on GiveNow, allowing donors to be able to find their favourite organisations with ease.
Social Media sharing
It's now easy to share cause pages on Facebook and Twitter, with Share/Tweet buttons included on cause pages as well as the donation confirmation page.

The search function was updated so that donors could better find the causes they want to support.
GiveNow 3.0.0 (September 8, 2017)
This was the most significant upgrade to the GiveNow system in many years. A wide variety of new features were added, as well as a greatly improved website design.
Regular donors able to update their own payment details
Regular donors can now update their own payment details by logging in and selecting 'Update Details' from the dropdown menu next to their name.
Toggle DGR status per cause
In OrgHQ, if your organisation has DGR status, you can select whether new causes should utilise your DGR status or now.
Download receipts for donors
In OrgHQ, you can now download receipts for your donors. This will not be available to organisations that have opted out of GiveNow issuing receipts.
Ability to add an externally raised value
If you have raised funds outside of GiveNow, you can now add this so that it is reflected in the donation bar on your cause page.
Increase regular donation options
You can now process One-Off, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or Annual donations through GiveNow. These can be turned on or off when creating or editing a cause.
Customise donation suggestions
You can now customise the donation suggestions shown to donors on your cause page. This can be done when creating or editing a cause.
Improved cause page
You can now add far more detail to your cause page, including photos, videos and metrics to provide donors with a richer, more meaningful experience.
OrgHQ user permissions
There are three different levels of user permissions to allow organisations of all sizes to better manage fundraising. Administrators can view, edit and create everything. Managers can view and edit everything. Analysts can view everything. Administrators can manage who in your organisation has permissions for your OrgHQ account.
Improved one-page payment form
The donation form is now a simple one-page experience, ensuring less friction for your donors.
Mobile-optimised website
The GiveNow site has become mobile optimised, allowing you to leverage the significant growth in donations being made via mobile.
