GiveNow automatically issues receipts to your donors unless your organisation has changed the default receipt settings in your Causes. Receipts are issued at the time of the donation, and donation summaries are issued at the end of the financial year.
To issue your own receipts, log in to OrgHQ and untick the 'Receipts' box under Donations & receipts in the Settings tab - see more in the Help Centre article How do I edit a Cause?
Below is an example of a receipt issued for a donation to an organisation with DGR status.
References to tax deductibility do not appear on receipts for donations to organisations that don't have DGR status.
