Starting from 1st August 2024, GiveNow will be implementing a new pricing structure for the Starter Plan. This change is necessary to ensure we can continue to provide high-quality services and support for your fundraising efforts.
New pricing details
Current price: Free + transaction fees
New price: 1.5% of donations + transaction fees
Reminder: There are no fixed fees at all on GiveNow!
New benefits for Starter Plan users
To help ease this transition, we are excited to offer you access to several premium features previously available only on the Basic plan:
- 2 active cause listings: an increase from 1 cause
- Real-time donor information
- Customisation of donor receipts
- Cover fee prompt, where donors cover the platform fee 90+% of the time

Q: Why is GiveNow changing its pricing?

A: The new pricing structure means that you will see a change in the fees associated with your plan. However, we have included additional features to provide more value and support for your fundraising efforts. Additionally, as always, there are no fixed platform fees associated with GiveNow — we will only take a small percentage of any donation received.
Q: Will we be invoiced for platform fees going forward?
A: There is no invoicing for GiveNow plans. Rather, the new fees will simply be deducted from your organisation's monthly remittance amount in the same manner that we deduct credit card transaction fees.
